How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1 to 2 months in advance of your desired project date.

When do you typically do shoots?
All photoshoots take place on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

What's your image turnaround time?
Within 2 weeks, your final high resolution images will be delivered in an online image gallery for downloading and sharing. However, we typically deliver images earlier.

How does your booking process work?
Submit an inquiry via our contact page and we will reach out within 48 hours to learn about your needs. From there we will send a proposal to secure your deposit. Once your deposit has been secured, you will receive our calendar availability to book your project/shoot date. All dates are on a first come, first serve basis.

What’s your photoshoot process?
1. After booking your shoot, we will send you a questionnaire to gather more information about your brand and vision. 2. About 3 weeks ahead of your shoot date, we'll round out your answers in a strategy session. During our video call we’ll solidify the vision and logistics needed to bring your brand story to life. 3. On photoshoot day, we take everything we’ve planned and make your story come to life. 4. About 3 days after shoot day, you will receive a gallery of proofs to select your final images. 5. Within 2 weeks, your final high resolution images will be delivered in an online image gallery for downloading and sharing.

Do you have a specific studio where we can shoot?
We do not have a fixed studio location for photoshoots. Instead, we offer a curated list of recommended indoor and outdoor locations to choose from. This approach allows us to tailor the photoshoot to your vision and the concept of the shoot. During our creative call, we will discuss the concept and goals of your photoshoot. Based on your preferences and the style you're aiming for, we'll explore our list of recommended locations together. We’ll help you select the location that best aligns with your vision and enhances the overall shoot experience.

Do you have payment plans?
Yes, we understand the investment involved which is why we are happy to work with you to turn your visual dreams into reality. For that reason, we divide payments into three, or four payments depending on what works best for you. The first two payments will serve as your initial deposit. The remaining payments will be spread out across the duration of your project.

Do you do photo retouching?
We do light retouching on all photos. That includes correcting for lighting, adjusting color temperature, removing small blemishes and the like. Professional high-end retouching (skin retouching, pores, body sculpting, etc.) is available at a fee and can be requested on images once you receive your proofs.

What's the difference between the content collective vs a regular content session?
In a regular content session, you typically get a set number of images and looks. The Content Collective, on the other hand, is our retainer service that offers unlimited looks, providing the flexibility to capture various facets of your brand. Additionally, it includes strategic planning calls to help you strategize your year, exclusive behind-the-scenes reels, and more images than traditional sessions, ensuring a comprehensive and consistent brand narrative. It's not just a photoshoot; it's a holistic brand experience that helps you stay consistent.
